Businesses use this model to drive customers through a specific flow from the first point of contact until the purchase. The sales funnel is divided into four simple steps, often called the AIDA model: awareness (or attention), interest, desire and action.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Before we enter the AIDA model phase, we first set our goals.
