The AIDA model implies that customers are moving through a series of steps (sales funnel) when making a purchase decision. Businesses use this model to drive customers through a specific flow from the first point of contact until the purchase. The sales funnel is divided into four simple steps, often called the AIDA model: awareness (or attention), interest, desire and action.

 

Before we enter the AIDA model phase, we first set our goals. Everything starts with the plan and the goals. Goals give direction to get to a certain plan.
